Do my insurance benefits expire?

Most dental insurance plans provide a set amount of benefits each year, often through your employer or based on your specific plan. If you don’t use them by the end of the year, they expire—meaning any unused benefits are lost.

We encourage you to check your remaining benefits, understand when they expire, and schedule any necessary appointments before the year's end to make the most of your coverage!

What if I don’t have insurance?

If you don’t have insurance, you can take advantage of our in-house savings plan, Renew Savings Plan. It’s designed for uninsured patients or those whose current insurance plan doesn’t fully cover the cost of their services.

We also offer affordable payment plans with CareCredit, LendingClub, and Cherry.

Dental Services

What is preventive dentistry, and why is it important?

Preventive dentistry focuses on maintaining healthy teeth and gums to avoid dental problems like cavities, gum disease, and enamel wear. Regular cleanings, exams, and X-rays allow us to catch potential issues early, saving you time, money, and discomfort. Prevention is the key to a lifelong healthy smile!

Why do I need X-rays?

X-rays allow us to see what’s happening beneath the surface of your teeth and gums. They help detect cavities, infections, bone loss, and other issues that aren’t visible during a standard exam. Regular X-rays ensure we can provide you with the most accurate diagnosis and effective treatment plan.

What is the difference between a regular cleaning and a deep cleaning?

A regular cleaning focuses on removing plaque and tartar from the surfaces of your teeth and gumline. It’s a routine part of preventive care for maintaining oral health.

A deep cleaning, also known as scaling and root planing, is recommended for patients with gum disease. It involves cleaning below the gumline to remove bacteria, tartar, and plaque buildup that cause inflammation and infection. This procedure helps prevent further damage to the gums and supporting bone.

Do you offer laser dentistry services?

Yes, we offer laser dentistry for select procedures! Laser technology provides a precise, minimally invasive option for treatments like gum contouring, cavity detection, and certain periodontal therapies. It’s a great way to reduce discomfort, speed up healing, and improve your overall experience.

We use a dual-wavelength soft tissue diode laser from Gemini. Learn more about this incredible technology here.

What specialty services do you provide?

In addition to general and cosmetic dentistry, we offer a variety of specialty services, including:

  • Dental implants
  • Sedation dentistry
  • Wisdom tooth extractions
  • Root canals
  • Periodontal (gum) therapy
  • Oral surgery

Our goal is to provide comprehensive care tailored to your unique needs—all under one roof!

Do you offer sedation dentistry?

Yes! We understand that dental anxiety can make it hard to get the care you need, so we offer nitrous oxide sedation to help you feel relaxed and comfortable during your visit.

Do you make custom mouthguards?

Yes, we create custom-fitted mouthguards for various needs, including sports protection and relief from teeth grinding or clenching (bruxism). A properly fitted mouthguard can protect your teeth, reduce jaw strain, and improve sleep quality if you suffer from grinding. We can even customize sports guards to match your team colors!

Do you offer teeth whitening?

Yes, we offer professional teeth whitening treatments to help brighten your smile. We offer in-office whitening and can provide you with take-home trays to use at home.
