We get it, insurance can be confusing! Our team will assist you in understanding the breakdown of your insurance and help you to maximize your individual benefits.

Renew Dental is in-network with several popular Dental Insurance companies utilized by local employers.If your employer does not provide insurance through a company we work with, that’s okay! We will be happy to file a claim with your insurance company to see what we can do for you.

No one wants an unexpected payment surprise and it is understandable that many patients are not able to pay for their entire treatment upfront. That’s why one of our treatment coordinators will always sit down with you prior to beginning any dental treatment to review your plan, answer your questions, and develop a financial plan that is right for you.

Your health is of the utmost importance to us, so we are happy to provide Care Credit and Lending Club. Please see a team member to further discuss receiving assistance with your comprehensive care.

If you do not have dental insurance, ask us about our in-office payment plan.

Cancellation Policy

Your oral health is important to us!

We want to ensure that we have reserved enough time to provide the highest quality of care, so we ask that every patient arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.
We value your time and are committed to provide all of our patients with exceptional care. Due to the high demand for appointment times, we require a 48-hour notice to make changes to your scheduled treatment or appointment time.

When a patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent other patients from being seen. Therefore, we require that you notify us of any changes or cancellations at least 48-hours prior to the appointment. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged $25 for the missed appointment.
